I really am a terrible friend.
I was supposed to go to a friend's house yesterday for a visit and coffee. And I forgot. It completely flew out of my mind like it wasn't even there.
Steven was home on Monday for Memorial Day and it threw my entire week off. I spent Monday thinking it was Sunday and so on and so on.
So this morning I figured out that it wasn't Tuesday but Wednesday and it went downhill from there!
Ugh, I hate it when I miss opportunities to escape the zoo and visit with adults! ;-)
p.s. to my friend...we WILL get together and soon!
