I have missed several Friday's I think, but not this week! I remembered and am doing it before midnight! Woohoo!!
Yay me!
So, if you want to know what Friday's Fave Five is head on over to Living to tell the Story to find out and link up!
This week...Let me see.
We stopped babysitting last week and I couldn't be more glad. I don't mean that to sound bad, but we weren't getting school done with him here. This week we didn't have an extra kid and we have actually gotten most of our school work done! We have had a mostly good week. ;-D
I had a meltdown on Tuesday afternoon of epic proportions. While I am not thankful for that, I am thankful that my hubby was here to back me up and chastise the kids for the things they haven't been doing. I am also thankful that they were able to see Steven and I working through it and holding their feet to the fire.
We got to do a little school on Wednesday night with Steven here and he was able to add some things to the discussion. He was also able to bring the topics around to tie in to the study on Isaiah we have been doing with BSF. I love having him around for school!
We took a field trip to see a local production of Tom Sawyer. It was a great experience! I loved seeing our youngest's eyes light up when the lights came up. Fun, fun, fun!
FALL!! I am so thankful for Fall that I can't even stand it. The cooler weather, the light rains, and the falling of leaves. I love the sound of crunching leaves as you walk on them...sweet! I am starting to pull out my sweatshirts and sweaters and scarves.
How about you? Do you have a Fave Five list? Link up and let us read them.

Oh I love the autumn weather also. It is so pretty to walk in and it smells so good. It's very chilly here today. the temp tells us it's 46 but the wind is really blowing and I even saw a few flakes of snow falling this morning.
I love the autumn weather and getting out the sweaters and scarves, too.
What fun to go to a local play! I love doing things like that!
I'm glad your husband was there for you this week - kids need both parents involved in their lives.
It is definitely easier to get school done without "extras around, so I know what you mean. Glad your hubby was able to help you some. Always a plus. I haven't pulled out sweatshirts yet, but I'm getting close. Have a great weekend.
A Tom Sawyer production is something I'm sure I would like to go to. Happy Weekend!
So glad your hubby has been around for school! :) I will know what that is like in a few years.
Oh I love Fall to and hearing the leaves crunch under my feet! :)s

Looks like a lovely week. Hope you'll have a great weekend as well!
I love the sound of walking on fallen leaves too! I find it very relaxing.
The Tom Sawyer sounds like it was a fun field trip.
Sounds like you are enjoying Isaiah, Renita. I have several friends in the study this year and they are loving it -- many long time BSF-ers returning for the new study. I used to be in BSF but have been in more Precept studies of late. They are very different in style, but I enjoy them both.
I'm SO late in visiting for FFF! I'm glad you had some good moments to balance the rough ones. Hope to see you for FFF again this week. :)
